Rau dền sốt trứng bắc thảo – Thanh mát, bổ dưỡng, đậm đà hương vị Trung Hoa

Cách chế biến: Món rau dền được chế biến từ những nguyên liệu đơn giản, dễ kiếm như rau dền, trứng bắc thảo, gừng, hành lá,… Rau dền được rửa sạch, để ráo nước. Trứng bắc thảo luộc chín, bóc vỏ và cắt đôi.Gừng và hành lá rửa sạch, thái sợi. Phi thơm hành tím băm với dầu ăn, cho nấm hương vào xào sơ. Tiếp theo, cho nước dùng vào nồi, nêm nếm gia vị cho vừa ăn. Khi nước dùng sôi, cho rau dền vào nấu chín. Sau đó, cho trứng bắc thảo vào nồi, nấu thêm khoảng 2 phút rồi tắt bếp.
